| Abstract: | The modern digital library has the fundamental change in the service idea and the pattern compared with traditional library in network information age. Also it set a higher request on hbrarian＇s overall quality. The librarian must understand fully and strengthen studies on each kind of new knowledge, the new idea, improves own quality unceasingly, and thus to be adapted to the digital library need. |
