| 摘 要： | 全国基层农技推广体系改革基本完成,针对基层农技推广体系中机构、人员信息在收集、统计、分析方面存在的问题,设计开发了一套可以覆盖全国基层农技推广体系的管理系统,避免了因逐级上报产生的数据不统一、数据错误、效率低、成本高、保密性差、统计时间过长的弊端。
