| 摘 要： | ３２只间情期超过８个月的母犬，随机分成３组，第一组肌肉注射促卵泡素（ＦＳＨ）总剂量１００ＩＵ，第二组肌注ＦＳＨ总剂量２００ＩＵ，第三组肌注孕马血清促性腺激素（ＰＭＳＧ）总剂量６３０－１２００ＩＵ．当处理的犬出现外阴肿大，阴道内排出血性分泌物，与公犬有交配行为和阴道皮细胞角质化变松时，均注射绒毛膜促性腺激素（ＨＣＧ）．结果３组的发情率分别为３７．５％、６２．５％和８７．５％，妊娠率分别为２５％、３７．５％和６８．８％．用ＰＭＳＧ处理的母犬发情率与受胎率明显高于ＦＳＨ处理的母犬，两者的差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）．因此，应用ＰＭＳＧ结合ＨＣＧ诱导乏情母犬发情是一种较为有效而可靠的方法．

| Abstract: | Thirty-two bitches (in the stage of intrestrous intervals exceed 8 mounths) were divided into 3groups. Group 2 were treated with FSH at total dose of 100 IU, 200 IU, and Group 3 with PMSG 630-1200 , respectively. When the signs of vulvar enlargement and blood tinged, vaginal discharge, behavior in presence of a male, microscopic changes in exfoliated vaginal epithelium were observed, all heating bitches were injected with HCG. The results showed that the estrous rate of the bitches in group 1, 2, 3 were 35.5%, 62.5% and 87.5% respectively. The pregnant rate were 25%, 37.5% and 68.8%. The estrus and pregnant rate of the PMSG treatment was higher than that of FSH treatment (P<0.05). We conclude that PMSG and HCG injected to anestrous bitches were effective and reable means to induce estrus of the bitches. |
