| 摘 要： | 发展外向型农业是国民经济成长和农业长期稳定发展的客观要求。它对于促进农村商品经济的发展,加快农业现代化的步伐具有深远的意义。沿海地区发展外向型农业具有一定的优势和潜力。然而,也潜在一些不利因素,直接制约着外向型农业的进一步发展。提出的对策是:(1)优化出口品种结构,调整农业生产结构,加强出口商品生产基地建设;(2)加强农业科学研究和技术推广工作,提高产品质量;(3)利用外资,引进技术;(4)改革体制,实行倾斜政策;(5)更新观念,加快外向型人才的培养。

| Abstract: | There are certain advantages and potentials for the development of cxport-oricnted agriculture in the coastal open areas. It can not be neglected, however, that there exist some disadvantages restraining the development of export-oriented agficuitrue. To quicken the development of export-oriented agriculture, it is very necessary to take the following countermeasures: (1)To readjust the structure of the commodities for export and the pattern of agricultural production, and actively construct the export-oriented commodities bases; (2)To pay attention to the research and extension of agriculture and raise and the quality of commodity for export; (3)To make full use of foreign capital and introduce new technology from the developed country; (4)To reform the foneign trade system and grant the preferential policies to the development of export-oriented agriculture; (5)To quicken the pace of talent training. |
