蒙古黄芪种子发芽特性的研究

摘    要:为了探讨电导法在种子发芽活力快速检测中的应用,研究14份的蒙古黄芪种子表观形态学特征、吸水率、硬实率、生活力和电导率和发芽率之间的相关性。结果表明,种子的表观形态学特征与种子的发芽率之间不存在明显相关性。种子吸水率和发芽率呈负相关(r=-0.878 9);种子硬实率和发芽率呈正相关(r=0.723 7);种子生活力与发芽率呈正相关性(r=0.939 6);种子电导率与发芽率之间呈负相关(r=-0.959 4)。种子活力和电导率都与种子发芽率呈较高相关性,但是电导率测定方便快捷,可作为大批蒙古黄芪种子活力水平快速探测的一种技术手段。

Abstract:To study the application of conductivity in quickly detecting seed germination,this work studied the relationships between some indexes,including the morphological characteristics,water absorption,hard seed rate,viability,conductivity,and the germination rate of Mongolian Astragalus seed.The results showed that the seed germination rate had correlations with those physiological indexes,but did not with morphological characteristics.Seed water absorption and germination rate were negatively correlated(r=-0.878 9);hard seed rate and germination rate were positively correlated(r=0.723 7),seed viability and germination rate were positively correlated(r=0.939 6);seed conductivity and the germination were negatively correlated(r=-0.959 4).Both seed viability and conductivity showed a higher correlation with the germination rate.However,conductivity can be easily measured and operated,which can be served as a rapid techniques to detect vigor levels of a large number of Mongolian Astragalus seed.
