小叶青冈种子萌发与休眠特性研究

摘    要:采集了小叶青冈分布最北缘的种群的果实,对其果实和种子的形态性状进行了详细的测量分析,并详细探讨了其种子萌发的特性。结果表明,小叶青冈果实长的变异幅度显著大于果实宽的变异幅度;种子干重占果实干重的比例高达74%,种子含水量显著高于果实的含水量。去除果皮和低温层积显著提高了小叶青冈种子萌发率和萌发速率。最终推断小叶青冈种子存在明显的休眠现象,休眠的类型为浅生理休眠。

Abstract:Based on the fruit collection of the population of Quercus myrsinifolia that located on the northern margin of its distribution range.Our objective was to measure the detailed morphological traits of fruits and seeds;and was to reveal the seed germination characters of Quercus myrsinifolia.The variation extent of fruit length is larger than fruit width.Seed dry weight takes the proportion of fruit weight is 74%,and seed water content is higher than fruit water content.Pericarp remove and low temperature stratification could significantly increased the germination percentage and germination rate.We infer that Quercus myrsinifolia seeds have the seed dormancy,and the type of seed dormancy is Non-deep physiological dormancy.
