摘    要:以黑荆枝桠和去皮杆材为原料,进行袋培香菇试验,得到以下结果:(1)两种黑荆菇木产菇量均极显著地高于传统菇木;香菇的营养品质则高于或接近传统菇木。(2)高产香菇的最佳组合为:黑荆带皮木屑+Ⅲ号配方+中温型菌种。平均生物效率达到1:1.44,产菇量比对照提高31.5%。由此表明:黑荆木材是一种理想的香菇袋培原料。

Abstract:The mushroom cultivation experiment with branches and de-barked wood of Acacia mearnsii achieves the follnwing results:(1)the yield of mushroom cultivated with two materials are both notably higher than that with the traditional wood scraps, and the nutritional quality is close to or even better than that of the mushroom cultivated with the traditional wood scraps; (2)the optimum combination, by which high yield is obtained, proved to be Acacia mearnsii wood scraps with bark on +Ⅲ proportion table of compounding materials + mushroom strain of middle temperature type.The paper shows that the average biological efficiency reaches 1:1.44, with yield up by 31.5 per cent, suggesting that the wood of Acacia mearnsii is an ideal material for mushroom cultivation.
