图式理论及其对英语阅读教学的启示

摘    要:英语阅读的教学目的在于提高学生阅读理解能力、逻辑思维能力、速度能力以及阅读兴趣,并掌握各种技巧,扩大词汇量,增加文化背景知识。如何提高大学生的阅读能力是教师们共同关心的话题。实践证明:教学中教师利用好图式理论,不断丰富学生头脑中原有图式;阅读时指导学生激活图式,建立图式并运用图式,这些活动对于提高学生阅读能力大有裨益。

Abstract:English reading teaching aims to improve students' reading comprehension, logical thinking ability, speed, competence and interest in reading and to master various skins, expand vocabulary, to increase cultural background knowledge. How to improve the students' reading ability is a topic of common concern for teachers. Practice has proved that teaching teachers make good use of schema theory, and constantly enrich the minds of students in the original schema; guide students when reading activate schemata establish the schema and use the schema, these activi- ties are beneficial to improve students' reading ability.
