| 摘 要： | 应用砂培盆栽方式,研究了不同浓度铅对黄瓜幼苗脯氨酸和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:在铅浓度50-500mg/L范围内,脯氨酸含量随铅浓度的升高而增加;在铅浓度100-700mg/L范围内,叶绿素含量随着铅浓度的升高而降低。

| Abstract: | With the way of sand culture in pots,the paper studies the effects of different Pb2 concentrations on the contents of proline and chlorophyll in the seedlings of cucumber.The results show that : within the range of 50-500mg/L of the Pb2 concentrations,the content of the proline increases with the rise of Pb2 concentrations;within the range of 100-700mg/L of the Pb2 concentrations,the content of the chlorophyll decreases with the rise of Pb2 concentrations. |
