| 摘 要： | 为调查猪伪狂犬病（PR）目前在广西的流行情况，于2006～2008年对广西13个市122个不同规模猪场进行流行病学调查，并对163份病料及61份血清进行检测。结果显示，163份病料经PCR检测出阳性病料6份，阳性率为3．7％；对6株广西PRV gE胞外基因进行克隆测序比较及遗传进化分析发现，广西PRV毒株变异不大，6株广西PRVgE基因与国内外其他毒株之间核苷酸序列同源性均很高，介于96．4％～100．0％之间，氨基酸同源性为93．6％～100．0％，亲缘关系较为密切，应为同一毒株遗传进化而来；61份血清经gE—ELISA检测出阳性血清7份，阳性率11．5％，表明部分猪场存在PRV隐眭感染。调查结果肯定了广西在PR防控工作中取得的成绩，提出做好免疫、加强监测、淘汰隐性感染猪、提高猪体免疫力、净化种猪群是今后PR防控工作的重点。 |
