摘 要: | 随着中国奶牛养殖业的迅速发展,奶牛氮排放引发的环境问题受到极大关注,如何减少奶牛养殖过程氮排放、提高氮利用率已成为从业者的研究热点。本文主要针对影响泌乳奶牛氮利用的营养因素进行综述,以期为奶业工作者在降低氮排放、提高泌乳奶牛氮利用率、减轻环保压力等方面提供理论依据。

Abstract: | As the rapid development of China's dairy farming industry, environmental problems caused by nitrogen emissions from dairy cattle have been increasingly concerned. Therefore, how to reduce nitrogen emissions of dairy cattle is being a hot topic. This review summerizes the nutritional factors of nitrogen utilization efficiency to improve N-utilization efficiency,decrease nitrogen emission and reduce environmental pressure, based on relevant papers. |
