| 摘 要： | 依据农产品价格信息网和石家庄桥西蔬菜中心批发市场对河北省蔬菜价格的实时监控,从整体菜价、各品种菜价、省际价格对比等角度出发,阐明了第一季度河北省17种主要蔬菜品种价格横向水平及纵向变化趋势,并对影响价格变化的宏、微观因素进行了梳理分析。结果显示:第一季度河北省蔬菜价格整体先升后降,与往年同期相比差异较大,价格低于山东省和全国平均水平;在蔬菜单品中,大白菜、大蒜等耐储蔬菜涨幅最为显著。研究表明:供求关系、天气条件、交通运输和季节性因素是影响河北省蔬菜价格变化的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Abstract: According to the real-time monitoring of vegetable price in Hebei province by the agricultural product price information network and the wholesale market of Shijiazhuangqiaoxi vegetable center, the horizontal level and vertical trend of vegetable price of 17 main varieties in Hebei province in the first quarter were expounded from the perspective of overall vegetable price, price of each variety and interprovincial price comparison. The results showed that the overall price of vegetables in Hebei province rose first and then fell in the first quarter, compared with the same period in previous years, the price was lower than the average level of Shandong province and the whole country. Among the vegetable items, Chinese cabbage, garlic and other stored vegetables rose most significantly. The research showed that supply and demand, weather conditions, transportation and seasonal factors were the main factors affecting the change of vegetable price in Hebei province. |
