| 摘 要： | 猪链球菌在世界范围内广泛存在,是危害养猪业发展的重要传染源之一,能够引起猪脑膜炎、关节炎、肺炎、心内膜炎、流产以及仔猪的突然死亡。溶血素(SLY)是猪链球菌分泌的唯一能够引起细胞毒性的可溶性蛋白,它能在宿主细胞膜上打孔引起细胞崩解。然而,不是所有的猪链球菌致病株均分泌SLY蛋白。
