红豆杉干粉对产蛋初期仙居鸡生产性能和生化指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的红豆杉干粉对产蛋初期仙居鸡的生产性能、血清脂质代谢和抗氧化指标的影响。选取400只140日龄仙居鸡,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加2%、3%和4%红豆杉干粉,预试期7 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:在试验初期(1~30 d),各试验组平均日采食量(ADFI)均低于对照组(P<0.05),4%红豆杉干粉组的产蛋率低于对照组(P<0.05);在试验中期(31~60 d),各试验组ADFI、平均蛋重与对照组无显著差异, 4%红豆杉干粉组的产蛋率高于对照组(P<0.05),4%红豆杉干粉组的料蛋比低于对照组(P<0.05);在试验后期(61~90 d),3%红豆杉干粉组的平均日采食量高于对照组(P<0.05),3%红豆杉干粉组的平均蛋重低于对照组(P<0.05),4%红豆杉干粉组的产蛋率高于对照组(P<0.05);在试验46~90 d, 2%红豆杉干粉组平均日增重较对照组降低(P<0.05);各试验组血清总抗氧化能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加不同水平红豆杉干粉可以改善仙居鸡生产性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力,建议产蛋期日粮中添加4%红豆杉干粉。

Effect of Yew Leaf Powder on Production Performance and Biochemical Index of Xianju Chicken in Early Stage of Laying

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of yew dry powder on the production performance, serum lipid metabolism and antioxidant index of Xianju chicken at the beginning of laying. A total of 400 140-day-old Xianju chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate. The control group was fed with basal diet. The experimental group added 2%, 3% and 4% yew dry powder to the basal diet. The pre-test period was 7 days and the trial period was 90 days. The results showed that in the early stage of the experiment(1~30 d), the average feed intake of the experimental groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the egg production rate of the 4% of the dried yew leaf powder group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). In the middle of the experiment(31~60 d), the average feed intake and average egg weight of the experimental groups were not significantly different from those of the control group, the egg production rate of the 4% yew dry powder group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the 4% yew dry powder group had lower egg-to-egg ratio than the control group(P<0.05); In the later stage of experiment(61~90 d), the average feed intake of 3% of the dried yew leaf powder group were higher than the control group(P<0.05), the average egg weight of the 3% yew dry powder group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), the egg production rate of 4% of the dried yew leaf powder group chickens was higher than that of control group(P<0.05); In the experiment 46~90 d, the average daily gain of the 2% yew dry powder group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) of experimental groups was significantly different from that of control group(P<0.05), showing an increasing trend. In summary, the addition of different levels of dried yew leaf powder in the diet can improve the performance, serum biochemical and antioxidant capacity of Xianju chicken. In order to comprehensively improve the economic benefits of Xianju chicken production, it is recommended that the optimum addition amount of yew leaf powder is 4%.
