摘    要:用10个优质小麦品种(系),在山东分属5种土壤类型的11个地点进行试验。结果表明,优质小麦品种(系)的品质性状表现较好的分别为河潮土、棕壤和砂姜黑土,河潮土上表现较好的品种为PH96-39、优麦2号、济麦20;棕壤土上为PH96-39、优麦2号、PH988-2;砂姜黑土上为PH96-39、优麦2号、济麦20,但面团形成和稳定时间有所不同。变异分析表明,品质性状普遍看好的品种在不同土壤类型间的变异系数较大。

Abstract:Quality diversities of the high-quality wheat varieties in different soil types were studied on the condition of 10 high-quality wheat varieties(lines) with different genotypes grown in 5 soil types(including 11 test sites).The results showed that the quality traits in fluvo-aquic soil,brown soil and sandy black soil were better than others.In fluvo-aquic soil,PH96-39,Youmai 2 and Jimai 20 were the best;In brown soil,PH96-39,Youmai 2 and PH988-2 were the best;and in sandy black soil,PH96-39,Youmai 2 and Jimai 20 were the best.Variation analysis showed that the variation coefficients of quality traits of wheat varieties was large in different soil types.
