摘    要:目的]研究阿魏酸在超临界CO2流体中的溶解特性和规律。方法]阿魏酸在超临界CO2中的溶解度采用动态法测定,HPLC法定量,对溶解度模型Chrastil方程和del Valle-Aguilera修正方程中的计算参数进行关联。结果]在压力10.0~30.0MPa,温度313.15~343.15K下,阿魏酸的溶解度摩尔分数在10-6~10-4,Chrastil方程AARD为15.185%,del Valle-Aguilera修正方程AARD为7.003%。结论]修正后的溶解度模型具有较好的关联精度。

Solubility of Ferulic Acid in the CO2 Supercritical Fluid Determined by Dynamic Method and Correlation of Association Model

Abstract:Objective] The Solubility of Ferulic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide and its variation regulations were studied.Method]The solubility of ferulic acid in supercritical carbon dioxide was determined by dynamic method,and quantified by HPLC.Chrastil model and del Valle-Aguilera modified model were proposed to correlate and predict solubility in supercritical fluid.Result] Under the conditions of 10.0-30.0 MPa and 313.15-343.15 K,the mol fractions of the ferulic acid solubility were from 10-6 to 10-4.The AARD were 15.18% for Chrastil model and 7.003% for del Valle-Aguilera modified model.Conclusion] The modified solubility model proved to be more valid for solubility correlation of ferulic acid.
