| 摘 要： | 为了解决石斛组培苗移栽成活率低这一困扰石斛规模化生产的技术难题,从假植苗床的选择、基质配方筛选、主要原料的发酵处理与基质的配制、组培苗的室内炼苗适应与假植后的管理等方面创新现有组培苗的假植技术,发明的"一种石斛组培苗的假植炼苗方法"获得中华人民共和国发明专利。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the technical problems of low survival rate of transplanting of tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium, which was confronted by the large-scale production, the author invented the existing technology of temporary transplanting of tissue culture seedlings from the aspects of temporary seedbed selection, media formulation screening, fermentation processing of main raw materials, media preparation, indoor training of tissue culture seedlings, management of temporary transplanted seedlings and so on. A method of hardening off tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium with the method of temporary transplanting won the People's Republic of China invention patent. |
