基于单片机控制的蓄电池容量校核系统设计

摘    要:为了有效地对蓄电池容量进行校核,采用80C196KB单片机,结合检测模块,设计了恒流充电、放电主电路、检测电路、监控电路。介绍了系统结构图、BUCK电路工作原理、PWM信号产生电路,通过单片机的控制,系统按照预先设置好的程序,自动对蓄电池的充放电进行检查。

The large capacity battery quick charging and discharging system design

Abstract:In order to effectively check the battery capacity,this paper uses 80C196KB single-chip microcomputer,combined with the detection module,designed the constant current charging and discharging main circuit,detection circuit and monitoring circuit.The system structure diagram,the working principle of the BUCK circuit and the PWM signal generation circuit are introduced.Through the control of the single-chip microcomputer,the system automatically checks the charge and discharge of the battery according to the preset procedure.
