摘    要:目的]探讨马铃薯东农303对两种抗生素敏感性,为进一步改良与利用东农303提供依据。方法]以马铃薯东农303无菌苗的无腋芽茎段和单芽茎段为外植体,研究东农303在诱导愈伤组织和芽的过程中对卡那霉素或头孢霉素的敏感性。结果]东农303无腋芽茎段对两种抗生素的敏感性存在一定差异,东农303以卡那霉素作为无腋芽茎段诱导愈伤组织的抗性筛选时适宜浓度为50 mg/L,作为单芽茎段芽生长的抗性筛选时适宜浓度为100 mg/L。东农303对头孢霉素也较敏感。无腋芽茎段在含头孢霉素100 mg/L的培养基中培养时芽的诱导率受到明显抑制。结论]东农303对两种抗生素均较为敏感,对头孢霉素的抗性要高于卡那霉素。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of this research was to investigate the sensibility of the potato cultivar Dongnong 303 to 2 antibiotics of kanamycin and cefotaxime and provide base for further modifying and utilizing cv.Dongnong 303.Method] With stem without axilla bud and stem with single bud on aseptic seedling of Dongnong 303 as explant,the sensibility of the potato Dongnong 303 to kanamycin and cefotaxime during induction of callus and buds was studyed.Result] The sensibility of stem without axilla bud in Dongnong 303 had some difference to these two antibiotics.When kanamycin was applied as a resistant selection agent,the ideal concn.of kanamycin for the stem without axilla bud to induce callus was 50 mg/L and that for the stem with single bud to induce shoot in Dongnong 303 was 100 mg mg/L.Dongnong 303 was also sensitive to cefotaxime.The induction rate of the buds was restrained significantly when the stem without axilla bud was cultured in medium with cefotaxime at 100 mg/L.Conclusion] Dongnong 303 was sensitive to these two antibiotics and its resistance to cefotaxime was higher than that to kanamycin.
