摘    要:为了提高芥菜(B.juncea Czm mustard)育种效率,采用3个雄性不育系为母本.6个自交系为父本,按不完全双列杂交法配制18个组合,对茎瘤芥的茎瘤纵径、茎瘤横径和茎瘤重3个性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力及遗传力进行测定分析.结果表明:茎瘤横径的组合没有明显的差异;茎瘤纵径的一般配合力效应比特殊配合力效应更重要:茎瘤重的一般配合力和组合特殊配合力效应都很重要.若育种目标偏重产量.可用Ⅰ作母本.Ⅳ作父本,其双亲的一般配合力效应值最大,分别为0.87和1.972,该组合的特殊配合力效应值也最大(3.948);若育种目标偏重消费习惯或品质,可用Ⅰ作母本,Ⅷ作父本,其双亲的一般配合力效应值最大,分别为0.535和1.907,该组合的特殊配合力效应值为0.819.
