氮肥和连续夜间低温对珙桐幼苗叶片光合特性的影响

摘    要:通过盆栽试验,对2年生珙桐幼苗施加不同量氮肥,并对其进行连续夜间低温处理,分析珙桐幼苗净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素质量分数,对连续夜间低温的响应以及氮肥和低温的交互作用对上述指标的影响。结果表明:1不论施加氮肥多少,珙桐幼苗的各项指标都有一定增加,但均没有显著提高(P0.05)。2连续夜间低温处理过程中,珙桐幼苗的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、总叶绿素质量分数、叶绿素b质量分数,均有显著的下降(P0.05),且都在处理后期及恢复期出现了适应性回升,但均没有恢复到处理前水平,与处理前差异显著(P0.05),而叶绿素a质量分数变化不明显。3除气孔导度外,氮肥和低温交互作用对珙桐幼苗光合特性影响并不显著(P0.05)。

Abstract:We used different amounts of nitrogen fertilizer pot experiment and continuous nighttime low temperature treatment for two-year-old seedlings of Davidia inov lucrata to study the effect of continuous nighttime low temperature on photosynthesis of D.ni volucrata seedlings, and determine whether the increase of nitrogen fertilizer could develop its cold resistance . Then, we studied the impact of D.involucrata on net photosynthetic rate , stomatal conductance , transpiration rate and chlorophyll content continuous nighttime low temperature and cryogenic nitrogen response and interaction of these indica -tors.No matter how much fertilizer was applied , the indicators of D.involucrata seedlings increased , but there was no sig-nificant increase (P>0.05).Net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, total chlorophyll content and chlorophyll b content of D.involucrata seedlings in continuous nighttime low temperatures process were significantly decreased ( P>0.05) .These indicators rebounded in late treatment and recovery , but could not recover to the level before treatment with significant difference (P>0.05) compared to that in the pre-treatment.But the chlorophyll a content had not significant difference .Except stomatal conductance givers , nitrogenous fertilizer and low interaction on photosynthetic char-acteristics of D.involucrata seedlings were not significant ( P>0.05) .There were some responses for the seedlings to adapt low temperature .
