| 摘 要： | 选取3月龄左右、健康的仔貉120只(雌雄各半),其中30只为对照组(雌雄各半),其余90只为试验组(雌雄各半)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加经过包被处理的半胱胺盐酸盐(半胱胺有效剂量占12%),添加剂量为10、20、30 mg·kg-1。结果表明:饲料中添加20 mg·kg-1的半胱胺盐酸盐时效果最好,体增质量比对照组提高8.97%(p0.01);饲料转化率比对照组低10.3%(p0.01);粪便中粗蛋白和粗脂肪分别比对照组低14.32%(p0.01)和14.23%(p0.05)。

| Abstract: | To study the effects of continuous use of cysteamine on growth performance and digestive metabolism on raccoons , we selected three months old , healthy young ’ s raccoons 120 ( male and female half ) , including 30for the control group ( male and female half ) , and the remaining 90 for the experimental groups ( male and female half ) .We fed control group the basal diet , and processed the experimental groups added cysteamine hydrochloride packet ( effective dose of cysteamine 12%) and the additive amount of 10, 20, and 30 mg? kg-1 .The dietary 20 mg? kg-1 of cysteamine hydrochloride was best, body weight gain increased by 8.97%(p<0 .01) than the control group, the feed conversion rate was 10.3%lower than the control group ( p<0.01) , and fecal crude protein and crude fat , compared with the control group , were 14.32%( p<0.01) and 14.23%( p>0.05) lower than those of the control group , respectively . |
