| 摘 要： | 在饲料中添加精制玉屏风散观察其对断奶仔猪的免疫功能和生长性能的影响.结果表明,添加高剂量(质量分数为0.8%)玉屏风散组仔猪的日增重、补体(C3、C4)和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)含量均比其他组有显著提高(P<0.05);血清中淋巴细胞阳性率、白介素(IL-2)和γ-干扰素含量、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)数量均比对照组有显著提高(P<0.05),而CD4/CD8值有极显著提高(P<0.01).表明玉屏风散在一定程度上可以改善仔猪的生产性能,提高机体的免疫功能,是一个较为理想的免疫增强剂. |

| Abstract: | Two experiments were conducted to observe the effects of Yupingfeng Pulvis(YPFP) as a feed additive on the immune function and growth performance of weaning piglets.Experiment Ⅰ was designed as single factor of four levels.The results showed that the average daily gain,immune serum globulin(IgA,IgM,IgG) and complement of weaning piglets in test group with additive of high dosage YPFP (0.8%) were higher than that of other dosage.In experiment Ⅱ,the complement(C_3,C_4),total protein,albumin,immunoglobulin,percentage positive reaction of acid α-anphthyl acetate asterase in lymphocyte(ANAE~+),interferon(γ-IFN),interleukin-2(IL-2),cluster determinant-3,4,8(CD_3,CD_4,CD_8) in serum of weaning piglets in test group with additive of high dosage YPFP(0.8%) were significantly increased as compared to the control group(P<0.05),the ratio of CD_4/CD_8 was extremely significantly higher(P<0.01).It is demonstrated that YPFP as a feed additive to weaning piglet diet was an ideal immune potentiator. |
