籼型三系杂交稻主要品质性状配合力研究

摘    要:采用5个不育系及5个恢复系,按5×5 NCII遗传设计杂交配制25个杂交组合,在2005年晚季对杂种F1的品质性状进行了配合力分析,主要结果如下:在整精米长度、整精米长宽比、垩白粒率、胶稠度和直链淀粉含量等性状上亲本一般配合力方差分量与组合的特殊配合力方差分量是相当的,其他性状受亲本一般配合力效应的影响大于组合特殊配合力效应的影响;在糙米率、整精米长度、垩白大小、蛋白质含量等性状上母本的一般配合力基因型方差均大于父本的一般配合力基因型方差,但在精米率、整精米率、整精米宽度、整精米长宽比、垩白粒率、垩白度、糊化温度、直链淀粉含量等上父本的一般配合力基因型方差大于母本;精米率、胶稠度、蛋白质含量、直链淀粉含量等性状的狭义遗传率较低。

Abstract:25 hybrid rice combinations from crossing between 5 male sterile lines and 5 restoring lines by way of 5×5 NCII design were used to analyze the combining ability of main quality characters in hybrid F1 in the late season of 2005.The conclusions were as follows: variance components of GCA of the parent were equivalent to those of SCA of the combination in kernel length,kernel length/width,chalk rice rate,gel consistency and amylose content;male sterile lines affected the offspring much more than restorers in other characters.As for quality characters,the mean square of GCA of male sterile lines was bigger than GCA of restorers in brown rice rate,kernel length,chalk rice area and protein content,while the mean square of GCA of restorers was bigger than GCA of male sterile lines in milled rice rate、head rice rate,kernel width、kernel length/width,chalk rice rate,chalk rice grade,gelatification temperature and amylose content.Research on heritability showed that the heritabilities in narrow sense were low in milled rice rate,gel consistency,protein content and amylose content.
