江苏稻米加工品质的地域性特征研究

摘    要:以2000年度参加江苏省各区试点的中熟中粳、迟熟中粳和杂交中灿水稻品种(系)为材料,分析其稻米加工品质性状的地域差异性及变化特征。结果表明:不同类型品种,其稻米加工品质因地域的变化而变化,且对地域差异的敏感性有强弱之分;中熟中粳稻和迟熟中粳稻的加工品质在苏中地区(盐都)均表现为优,而杂交中籼稻加工品质呈现南低北高的趋势,以苏北邳州为最好。

Abstract:A set of Japonica varieties with middle and late ripen mid\|season and Indica hybrids with mid\|season were grown in each trial site in different regions of Jiangsu Province in 2000 and rice milling quality of 182 samples from the trials was tested to investigate its regional changes. Result showed that rice milling quality of all varieties used in this study changed significantly with regions but presented diversified sensitivity. The best milling quality of Japonica varieties appeared in mid\|region in Jiangsu. Milling quality of Indica hydrids grown in northern Jiangsu was better than that in the south, and the best was observed in Pizhou County.
