| 摘 要： | 家蚕血液SOD具有相当高的遗传力,SOD活性与幼虫龄期经过无相关性,与同宫率、茧层率无明显相关,与虫蛹率、幼虫生命率、全茧量、茧层量、普茧率有一定程度负相关,与万蚕产茧量、万蚕茧层量有紧密的负相关,认为家蚕血液SOD活性与育种上要求的经济性状存在一定的矛盾.

| Abstract: | Blood SOD (superoxide dismutase) in silkworm (Bombyx mori ) was shown to have high heritability(h2B = 83. 55% ). The correlation of SOD activity was insignificant with larval duration, double cocoon per-centage and cocoon shell ratio, r being 0.038 3, 0. 134 9 and - 0. 155 2, respectively; negative to a cer-tian degree with larva: pupa ratio, survival rate of larvae, whole cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight andcommon cocoon percentage, r being - 0.220 3, - 0.358 7, - 0.319 8, -0.319 9 and - 0.279 3, re-spectively; and significant with cocoon crop and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 fourth instar silkworms, rbeing - 0.504 9* and - 0.521 5*, respectively. It is, therefore, concluded that a ceratin antagonismexists between SOD activity in silkworm blood and the yield-contributing characters sought in silkwormbreeding, which deserves further investigation. |
