| 摘 要： | 通过连续干旱胁迫下测定6个早熟禾(Poa Pratensis)品种叶片相对含水量(RWC)、叶绿素(Chl)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)含量及可溶性蛋白含量等指标,鉴定分析了其抗旱性能。结果表明,随着胁迫时间的延长,6个品种的RWC、Chl呈下降趋势;MDA含量、Pro含量、POD含量及可溶性蛋白含量呈上升趋势。通过隶属函数综合分析,6个草地早熟禾品种抗旱能力大小顺序为黑宝新歌来得月光午夜Ⅱ号奖品橄榄球Ⅱ号。
