摘    要:食品添加剂是现代食品生产中的重要原料之一,对我国食品工业的快速发展起了积极的推动作用,但目前在使用中也存在着一些问题。近年来由于食品安全事件频发,引起了人们对食品添加剂的普遍恐慌。从健康的角度介绍了食品添加剂的种类、作用,综述了其使用过程中存在的问题及相关使用建议,旨在使大众正确认识食品添加剂并合理利用食品添加剂。

Abstract:Food additive is one of important raw materials in modern food production,which plays a positive role in promoting rapid development of food industry in China,but there are existing problems in current usage.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents has aroused the widespread panic on food additives.From the perspective of health,the species and functions of food additives were introduced.The existing problems and relevant usage suggestions were reviewed,in order to make the public understanding of food additives and the rational use of food additives.
