摘    要:目的]为探讨驼背鲈商业饲料中维生素的适宜添加量提供依据。方法]以L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸镁盐为维生素C源,以胆钙化醇为维生素D3源,研究饲料中维生素添加水平对驼背鲈生长和体组织成分的影响。结果]饲料中未添加维生素组驼背鲈的增重率和特定生长率显著低于维生素添加组,饲料中添加维生素C浓度为70 mg/kg、维生素D3浓度为2 000 IU/kg组驼背鲈的增重率和特定生长率最高。饲料中添加维生素并不影响鱼体的肥满度和内脏比指数,但却对肝体比指数有显著影响。鱼体水分、蛋白质和灰分含量不受饲料中维生素添加水平的影响,然而对鱼体脂肪含量的影响显著。结论]以增重率和特定生长率为指标,驼背鲈幼鱼饲料中维生素C的适宜添加量为70 mg/kg,维生素D3的适宜添加量为2 000 IU/kg。

Studies on the Requirements of Cromileptes altivelis for the Optimum Level of Vitamin C and D3

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for studying the optimum level of vitamin in commercial feed of Cromileptes altivelis.Method] With L-ascorbic acid-2-magnesium phosphate as the source of Vc,with cholecalciferol as the source of vitamin D3,the effects of the adding level of vitamin in feed on the growth and body tissues components of C.altivelis were studied.Result] The weight gain rate and specific growth ratio(SGR)of C.altivelis in the group of no addition of vitamin in the feed were significantly lower than that in vitamin addition group.The weight gain rate and specific growth ratio(SGR) of C.altivelis in the group of 70 mg/kg vitamin C and 2 000 IU/kg vitamin D3 were the highest.Adding vitamin in the feed had no effect on the condition factor and viscera index,but it had significant effects on hepatosomatic index.The water content,protein content and ash content and ash content in C.altivelis werent affected by the supplemental levels of dietary vitamin,but lipid content in C.altivelis was significantly increased.Conclusion] Based on the WG and SGR of Cromileptes altivelis,the optimal level of vitamin C and D3 in the feed of young C.altivelis were 70 mg/kg and 2000 IU/kg respectively.
