摘    要:目的]滁菊高效快速繁殖体系的建立。方法]以叶片为外植体,选用不同培养基并添加激素6-BA和NAA,研究不同激素浓度组合培养基对外植体愈伤诱导、不定芽分化及生根的影响,获得选择分化率高的培养条件。结果]滁菊叶片最适增殖和分化培养基分别为MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L和MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L,生根率达100%。结论]该研究为滁菊的快速繁殖提供了技术依据。

Multiplication of Dendranthema morifolium (Ramat.) Tzvel cv.Chuju through Leaf Cell Regenerating

Abstract:Objective] To establish a rapid and efficient propagation system for Chuju.Method] With leaf as explants,selecting different media added with 6-BA and NAA,effects of different concentration hormone on callus induction,differentiation of adventitious bud sand rooting were studied,an optimum condition for high multiplication rate from Chuju leaves was obtained.Result] 6-BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L added to MS and 6-BA 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L added to MS were better for proliferating and regenerating from Chuju leaves respectively,and half MS supplement with NAA 0.2 mg/L was good for rooting,the rooting rate was 100 percent.Conclusion] The study could provide technique basis for rapid micropropagation of Chuju.
