| 摘 要： | 阐述了笔者对城市文化遗产保护的理解,指出城市文化遗产是超越城市本身的人类共同的财富,并且认为保护的目的在于更好的发展;,以北京旧城保护为例,分析了交通政策与城市文化遗产保护的关系,指出交通建设是城市更新的主要方式,并且认为历史保护是制定交通政策的重要因素,同时交通政策对历史保护具有重要的作用;对北京旧城交通政策进行了实例分析。

| Abstract: | The writer expatiates the meaning of cultural heritage protection in city at first, and it＇s a conjunct wealth that surpasses the city itself. The aim of protect is much better developed. And then the writer analyzes about the connection of traffic and cultural heritage protection, points out that the traffic construction is a main way for city update, thinks that historical protect is an important factor for establishment of traffic countermeasures, and investigates on the traffic countermeasures of old city in Beijing. |
