| 摘 要： | 利用PACS(preferential amplification of cod ing sequence)法鉴别鸡中的差异表达基因。结果表明,该方法具有操作简单、假阳性率低、能选择性扩增mRNA编码区等优点,可作为禽类基因差异表达研究中的首选方法。 |

| Abstract: | Preferential amplification of coding sequences(PACS) was applied in this study to identify differentially expressed gene in chickens.The results showed that the method was simple and effective to obtain differential expressed gene,and the false positive rate of the differential fragment obtained by the method was low,and the differential fragments were mainly from 5′coding sequence. |
