| 摘 要： | 为探究夜来香生物钟的调控机制,本研究从花瓣均一化cDNA文库EST序列中获得Dof基因的部分cDNA序列,通过RACE获得Dof基因的全长cDNA,命名为CnDof,在此基础上,采用APA-Genomic walking技术,分离获得该基因的启动子,启动子长度为2054 bp,通过在线软件PlantCare分析顺式作用元件.结果表明:该基因全长cDNA为2 087 bp,ORF为1530 bp,编码一条含510个氨基酸的多肽链,在该多肽链的N端有典型Dof结构域,可初步推断,该基因是Dof的同源基因；所获得的启动子中含有大量与光反应相关的元件,可初步推测,Dof基因可能参与夜来香生物钟的调控.
