摘    要:以福建省山地自繁的3个东方百合栽培品种为试验材料,探讨了鳞茎在低温解除休眠过程中的芽伸长变化,以及不同部位淀粉和还原糖的变化规律。结果表明:东方百合鳞茎内的新芽在冷藏过程中不断伸长,OT百合的芽长为最长、其次为索蚌,最短的为西伯利亚;淀粉含量先是明显下降,54 d以后,淀粉含量变化比较平缓,并且都存在淀粉含量上升过程;还原糖含量先升高,到达峰值后下降。

Abstract:Some morphological and physiological changes of three varieties of oriental lily bulbs which were harvested in mountainous area in Fujian province under low temperature storage were studied.The results indicated that the inner sprouts elongated continuously during the low temperature storage,the sprout length of 'OT' was the longest,while that of 'Siberia' was the shortest.The content of starch decreased significantly at first,and then increased slowly after 54 days' storage.The content of reductive sugar i...
