摘    要:为提高聚半乳糖醛酸酶(Pectinex Ultra SP-L)转化沙棘叶黄酮苷元得率,在单因素分析的基础上进行响应面试验。选择酶解时间、酶解温度和pH值为自变量,转化得到的黄酮苷元总质量为响应值。结果显示,酶解时间为显著影响因素,酶解温度和pH值影响不显著。确定了酶解转化的最佳条件为:酶解温度50.8℃,酶解pH值5.16,酶解时间2.5h,在此条件下15mg沙棘叶提取物得到黄酮苷元0.1801mg,转化率为62%。
