| 摘 要： | 在鸡1号染色体上近似均匀地选取15对微卫星标记,对140只快大型丝羽乌骨鸡个体进行分子标记与屠宰性状的最小二乘分析。结果表明:有8个多态性位点(LEI0146、LEI0134、MCW0254、MCW0168、LEI0106、MCW0112、MCW0200和MCW0177)与包括宰前活重在内的7个屠宰性状间存在显著相关。

| Abstract: | Fifteen microsatellite markers in Chr1 were selected for studing the relationship with dressing traits in silkies. The result through LSM indicated that there were linkage among 8 loci (LEI014, LEI0134, MCW0254, MCW0168, LEI0106, MCW0112, MCW0200 and MCW0177) and 7 characters. |
