氮磷钾配施对瓦布贝母产量及总生物碱质量分数的影响

摘    要:为了研究不同施肥水平下瓦布贝母产量和总生物碱质量分数的差异,确定合理的施肥量。采用三因素五水平二次通用组合设计进行田间试验,在室内进行产量和总生物碱质量分数的测定,根据三元二次通用旋转设计原理对数据进行方差分析,分别建立瓦布贝母增重率和总生物碱质量分数与N(X_1)、P(X_2)、K(X_3)施用量的数学函数模型。结果表明,肥料的增产效果依次为磷肥氮肥钾肥,对瓦布贝母生物碱的影响效果为氮肥钾肥磷肥。通过数据模型选优,综合考虑产量和总生物碱质量分数,得到合理的肥料施用量:尿素8.98~12.00 kg/hm~2、过磷酸钙38.79~43.37 kg/hm~2、硫酸钾17.44~24.49 kg/hm~2。

Abstract:In order to study the difference of Fritillaria unibracteata var.wabuensis yield and total alkaloid mass fraction under different fertilization levels,and to determine the reasonable amount of fertilizers.The field experiment was conducted with the three-factor five-level quadratic rotational combinationdesign.Yield and total alkaloid mass fraction were measured in the laboratory.Mathematical function models of the weight gain rate and total alkaloid mass fraction with the application amount of N (X1),P (X2) and K (X3) were established respectively.The results show that the yield increase effect of fertilizer was listed as phosphate fertilizer > nitrogenous fertilizer >potash fertilizer,but the effect on Fritillaria unibracteata var.wabuensis alkaloids was nitrogenous fertilizer > potash > phosphate fertilizer.Based on the model selection,and considering the yield and total alkaloid mass fraction,there commended formula of fertilizer was as follows: urea 8.98-12.00 kg/hm,superphosphate 38.79-43.37 kg/hm,potassium sulfate 17.44-24.49 kg/hm.
