基于Pro/E和ANSYS的16V170柴油机有限元分析

摘    要:将有限元法应用到淄博柴油机总公司的16V170柴油机曲轴设计之中,利用ANSYS软件对整体曲轴进行了静强度和模态分析。采用参数化造型软件Pro/E对16V170柴油机曲轴进行三维实体造型,再将模型导入到ANSYS中进行有限元分析。分析表明曲轴满足设计要求,采用的方法以及得出的结论可为16V170柴油机曲轴的设计、改进以及优化提供技术和理论支持。

Finite Element Analysis of 16V170 Diesel Engine Crankshaft Based on Pro/E and ANSYS

Abstract:Finite element analysis was used for 16V170 diesel engine crankshaft design in Zibo Diesel Engine Parent Company.Static strength and modal analysis of the whole crankshaft were studied with ANSYS.A 3-dimension model of the whole crankshaft was set up with Pro/E,and then it was transferred into ANSYS for analyzing.The results show that the crankshaft could meet the design requirements,the method and the conclusion in this paper could be used in the design,improving and optimizing of 16V170 diesel engine crankshaft.
