直通穿孔管消声器与横流穿孔管消声器消声性能对比研究

摘    要:采用三维声学软件Sysnoise对比分析直通穿孔消声器与横流穿孔消声器的传递损失。应用Mechel公式降低穿孔管消声器模型的复杂性,通过施加阻尼边界条件对穿孔管进行模拟。得出结论:穿孔率和穿孔半径相同时,横流穿孔管消声器的消声性能明显优于直通穿孔管消声器,但是横流穿孔消声器的阻力损失比较大。通过本研究可以为消声器的设计和选用提供依据。

The Contrast of Straight-through Perforated Tube Mufflers with Transverse-flow Perforated Tube Mufflers

Abstract:In this paper,comparisons of transmission loss between straight-through perforated tube mufflers and transverse-flow perforated tube mufflers is analyzed by 3-Dimension acoustic software-Sysnoise. Mechel formula is applied to reduce the complexity of the model of perforated tube mufflers, and impedance boundary conditions is imposed. The results reflect:at the same porosity and perforation diameter,the acoustic attenuation performance of transverse-flow perforated tube muffler is better than straight-through perforated tube muffler, but the resistance loss of transverse-flow perforated tube muffler is larger.
