| 摘 要： | 通过对故障车辆进行分析，提出普通箱式半挂车车架与车箱的改进方案，并运用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行建模，分析改进前后其结构的强度、刚度变化。验证得出改进后的结构安全可靠．且理论分析与实际故障情况相吻合，同时也为半挂车轻量化设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis for accident vehicles, improvement project of semi-trailer＇s frame and trunk was proposed. The finite element model of semi-trailer was created by using ABAQUS finite element method. Intension and stiffness of the structure were analysed during the change. The results illustrated safe reliability of the improvement structure and coherence between the theory and reality. Meanwhile,v a brand new method was provided for lightweight design of semi-trailer. |
