摘    要:“农学”是以绿色植物的光合生产为基础并涉及农林牧渔等内容的大农业范畴,包含农业生物学、农业工程学和农业经济学三大组成部分。在组织和管理农业生产时,必须研究土地,劳力、能量、环境、生态之间的关系,以及生态、生产、生活间结合问题。发展农业要重视稳定、发展的农业政策砚,自供、外向的农业经济观,先进、效益的农业技术观,因地制宜的农业区划观和系统、综合的农业统筹观。上海农业工作者面临的任务是;统筹三大系统,建设六项基地,完善五个环节的系列化,强化十个技术服务体系,并着手生态农业、设施农业、能源农业、电脑化农业、生物工程化、化学工程化和集约化等现代化农业建设。

Abstract:Agronomy is a category in agricutural science which is based on the production of green plant photosynthesis and concerned with agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.It consists of agrobiology,agricultural engineering and agricultural economy.In the organization and management of agricultural production,the relationship must be studied between land,labour,energy,environment and ecology, as well as the problem of properly linking ecology,production and living together.In order to develop agriculture,attention should be paid to the understanding of the agricultural economy of self-sufficiency and exterior outflow,the advanced and beneficial agricultural technology,the systematic and overall agricultural planning and the agricultural divisions which suit to local conditions.The immediate tasks of agriculturalists in Shanghai are to plan the three systems as a whole(planting, breeding,processing),to build up the bases of the six aspects(grain,vegetables,dairy, aquatic products,flowers,and meat,poultry and eggs),to perfect the chain of five links(from sowing to product packing),to strengthen the ten setups for technical service,such as plant protection,and to go about the construction of the agricultural modernization of agroecology,installationalized agriculture,energy agriculture, computerized agriculture,biological engineering,chemical engineering,and intensive farming.
