| 摘 要： | 本文首次报道了一起由巴氏杆菌感染恢复期带菌人作为传染源引起的猪巴氏杆菌病的爆发。这次爆发于1983年夏季,发生在三明市郊的三个专业户的小母猪群中。根据现场调查和实验室试验结果,从病死猪的肝脾和带菌者的咽喉拭子分离出了巴氏杆菌,做出确诊,并对这次病的发生作出了简要的分析讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper describes for first time the pasteurellosis of swine infected by a convalescent carrier man who acted as the source of infection in the summer months of 1983, this disease occurred in three herds of gilts reared by three professional households respectively in the suburbs of Sanming. Confirmed diagnosis was based on the clinical observation, examination in the field, postmortemm lesions, and the results of laboratorial tests. The pathogen, posteurella multocida, was isolated from livers and spleens of gilts died of this illness and pharyngolaryngeal swabs of carrier man who was in contact with these gilts castration. Brief discussions and analyses are made on this outbreak of swine pasteurellosis in castrated gilts. |
