摘    要:光照是影响鱼类行为、生理以及生长的主要环境因子之一。为研究光照颜色对虹鳟行为反应、血浆皮质醇、生化指标的影响,实验根据鱼类行为学研究方法,分别将白、红、黄、蓝和绿5种光照颜色灯带铺设在室内试验水槽中央底部,将虹鳟放置在水槽同一侧,观察虹鳟在水槽中穿越灯带尾次数及行为反应;根据行为生理学研究方法,分析比较在不同光照颜色下虹鳟血浆皮质醇、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量差异。结果显示:5种光照颜色下虹鳟穿越灯带尾次数均低于空白组,其中黄光、白光条件下穿越灯带尾次数均显著低于空白组和其余3种光照颜色,红光、蓝光、绿光和空白组之间无显著差异。黄光条件下血浆皮质醇浓度显著高于空白组和其余4种光照颜色,空白组和其余4种光照之间无显著差异。5种光照颜色下总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)均具有显著差异。研究表明,虹鳟比较适应蓝光和绿光,对黄光和白光有一定的趋避反应,且黄光的趋避效果最强;虹鳟可通过自身生理调节以适应不同的光照颜色变化。

Abstract:Light is one of the main environmental factors affecting fish behavior and physiology. The directional movement of fish to light stimulation is called phototaxis, which can be divided into positive phototaxis, negative phototaxis and neutral phototaxis. The changes of environmental factors will lead to different degrees of stress response in the fish and trigger a series of physiological changes in the body, thus affecting the behavior of the fish. The measurement of plasma cortisol is the most extensive method, and blood biochemical indexes can reflect the physiological status and health status of the fish. In order to study the effect of light color on behavior response, plasma cortisol and blood biochemical indexes of rainbow trout (Onchorynchus mykiss), , the light stripes of white, red, yellow, blue and green, were respectively laid at the bottom of the tank center, and rainbow trout were placed on the same side of the tank to observe the times and behavior response of rainbow trout crossing the light stripe in the tank, the contents of plasma cortisol, total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), aspartame aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in rainbow trout under different light colors were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the times of rainbow trout passing through the light stripe in five colors were all lower than those in the control group, among which rainbow trout had a certain negative effect on the yellow light and white light, and the yellow light had the strongest effect. Plasma cortisol concentration in yellow was significantly higher than that in the control group and the other four light colors (P < 0.05). Plasma total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) all showed significant differences (P < 0.05). The results of this study can provide reference for the study of light supplementation and fishing techniques in deep sea cage culture of rainbow trout.
