| 摘 要： | 植物疫苗是利用植物表达重组抗原蛋白来生产疫苗。在植物中表达的抗原能够保持其自身的免疫原性。论文简要阐述了近10年来用植物表达系统生产口蹄疫疫苗的研究进展、优缺点及其应用前景。

Progress of Studies on Plant-based Vaccine of Foot and Mouth Disease |

| Abstract: | The utilization of plants as bioreactor expressing recombinant antigen proteins to produce vaccine is plant-based vaccine. The recombinant antigen proteins could elicit a significant immune response and maintain their immunogenicity. Studies on foot and mouth disease vaccine using plant expression system in recent ten years were summarized. Advantages and disadvantages of this method were pointed out and prospects of such studies suggested in the paper. |
