应用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定红橘中有机磷

摘    要:采用磷钼蓝分光光度法测定红橘中的总磷、无机磷,得到有机磷含量。实验表明,该法简便、快速、准确,回收率在97%~100%之间,解决了食品、饲料中有机磷测定需要特定仪器、方法繁琐的问题。

Abstract:The test concerned the technique for counting organic phosphorus content by determining total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus in tangerine with Phosphorus -molybdenum spectrophotometry. The result indicated the technique was simple and rapid to operators with 97% to 100% recovery rate of phosphorus. It will overcome the problems that too many special equipment needed and with complicated methods for the determination of organic phosphorus in food and feed before.
