摘    要:以晋豆19、晋大53、晋大74以及黑珍珠4个大豆品种种子为材料,通过高温(54±1)℃]、高湿度(100%相对湿度)密闭人工加速老化的方法,研究了种子在老化过程中发芽指标、种子活力和电导率的变化,结果表明:4个品种种子的发芽指标,随着老化处理时间的延长均逐渐降低,短时间(36 h以内)老化处理种子的发芽指标变化不明显;随着老化处理时间的延长,4个品种种子活力变化均表现为先下降而后逐渐上升。种子电导率则逐渐上升,但并非等速率上升,在某处理时间段则下降。试验还表明,4个品种耐老化能力存在差异,晋大53号品种相对耐老化,而其他品种耐老化能力相对较弱。

Research of the Influence of of Hot Disposal on Germination and Seed Vigor of four Soybean Varieties
Abstract:Variation with seed germinative index,seed vigor and electrical conductivity of four soybean varieties:Jindou 19,Jinda 53,Jinda 74,Heizhenzhu were studied,by the approach of artificial acceleration of aging under the airtight condition of high temperature (54±1) ℃] and high humidity(100% relative humidity).The results showed that germinative index of the four soybean varieties gradually decreased with extension of treatment time of aging,and variation of germinative index was not obvious under the conditions of high temperature and humidity in a short time(within 36 h);The seed vigor of the four soybean varieties showed the variation trend of decreasing firstly,then increasing with the prolonged aging process.The electrical conductivity of seeds increased as a uneven speed with the extension of treatment time of aging,and decreased in some treatment time.The abilities to aging resistance of the four soybean were different.Jinda 53 is relatively aging resistant while the abilities to aging resistance of other three varieties are comparatively low.
