On the Environmental Monitoring and the Importance of Evidence Collection in Law Enforcement |

| Abstract: | The social problems caused by a series of environmental pollution incidents have become increasingly prominent, therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the environmental protection publicity. While the evidence collection is key to solve the complex problems of environmental pollution and destruction ad environmental disputes, and also is the essential condition of ensuring the environmental monitoring and law enforcement work in time and going smoothly, and more importantly, it is crucial of the coordination of environmental proteetion, economic construction and social development. |
