摘    要:目的]为发展土壤质量的生物监测方法以及阐明土壤动物对重金属污染的生态反应机理提供科学依据。方法]对冶炼厂周边重金属污染农田土壤动物进行调查,采用原子吸收法测定土壤重金属含量,土壤动物采用Tullgren法(干漏斗)分离,制片,用高倍显微镜进行分类鉴定。结果]采样共捕获中、小型土壤动物999个体,24类,其中对照含有12类,样点a含16类,样点b含11类,样点c含10类,样点d含9类,样点e含9类,隶属于4门6纲12目。发现重金属污染土壤中优势动物类群为弹尾目和蜱螨目,土壤动物的多样性指数、均匀度、个体数均与重金属污染指数Pi的常用对数值呈显著相关性,弹尾目类群的小等跳属和长跳属只在污染程度轻的土壤中出现,而裔符跳属、球圆跳属、土跳属、圆跳属、鳞长跳属等则能在重污染土壤中生存。结论]通过对重金属污染地区的土壤动物群落生态调查可以直观地反映重金属的污染状况,其中多样性指数、个体数、均匀度等群落参数均为较好的反映指标,可以考虑作为土壤质量评价体系中的土壤生物指标。
