| 摘 要： | 为了满足蔬菜种子除芒的需要,调查了我国蔬菜除芒机械的现状,设计了5CM-135型种子除芒机。该机械结构简单,工作可靠,生产率高。为此,重点分析了除芒和清选部件,探索了新的工作原理和新的结构设计。以影响除芒性能的输料螺旋转速、出料活门开启压力和螺旋螺距为试验因素,通过一次回归正交试验找出了影响除芒效果的主次因素,建立了性能回归方程,为进一步研究除芒机理与机具提供了依据。
