| Abstract: | In this paper,the recent advances of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acid in immune function of poultry are presented.It included the effect of PUFA on the immune organ,humoral immune response,cellular immunity,and cytokines of poultry.In addition,the mechanisms by which PUFA might modulate immune functions are also elaborated. |
